How effective
How effectively a business handles its information can determine the time it takes for it to succeed. A fragmented approach to data management more often than not negatively affects strategic decision-making. That’s where I come in. Allow me to introduce you to a world of effective database solutions in EPC management processes.
I’m Eric Ocampo, a system completion and turnover coordinator and database administrator. A certified specialist in MS Access and a degree holder in Electronic Sciences, with over 20 years of experience in oil gas projects across North America, Latin America, and the Middle East. These allowed me to gain a considerable amount of skill and proficiency when dealing with various EPC projects using different Completions Database Systems like GoCompletions®, MCPlus®, Smart Completions Hexagon® and WinPCs®.
Specialties
What sets my service apart from others is my forthright, holistic approach. I have an extensive background in oil, gas, energy, construction, mining, power, and other industries. Combined with my expertise in database application development, I provide straightforward solutions that maximize benefits for your company. Overall, I offer specializations not limited to the following fields:
What can I do for your EPC project?
My executions have always gone above and beyond mere database or spreadsheet administration. With my knowledge of MS Access databases, VBA, SQL, SharePoint, and script coding, I have learned to handle requirements and develop effective solutions that increase productivity and provide continuity. This proactive attitude never fails to meet and exceed industry-set standards and client expectations. In fact, I boast a successful track record in collaborating with high-performing teams to create customized and effective project dashboards for diverse implementations such as completions, final and PSSR walkdowns, handover\turnover dossiers, preservation and maintenance, materials and interface management, instrument loops, TCCC, Site Instructions, etc.
Don’t take my word for it – my work speaks for itself. You can browse through my portfolio on my website, including published articles, demos, and animations about my ideas and past achievements. One of my favorites is when I facilitated the startup of a gas plant that the construction manager later quipped “wouldn’t have kept up with the tsunami of SCCs without my dashboard application.”
During my off days, you can find me riding my bike and exploring a wide variety of cultures and outdoor activities. I also write personal blogs about my endeavors and anything under the sun. For inquiries and concerns, you may reach me through my contacts page or LinkedIn page. Discover how I’ll make it my mission to help you fulfill yours today.
